Partners who help us sell Qworum Enterprise licenses are paid 20% of the license revenue they generate.
Implementation partners
20% of the revenue generated by Qworum Enterprise licenses is distributed among implementers of user agent software that conform to the Qworum specifications. For each new Qworum Enterprise license and each license renewal, implementers are compensated proportionally to the number of license validation requests received by www.qworum.com from their user agent software during the first twelve months.
In addition, 20% of the marketplace transaction fees are also distributed among implementers (transaction fee = amount paid by service subscriber - amount received by service vendor). For each period of twelve months, implementers are compensated proportionally to the number of requests received by the DRM service on www.qworum.com from their user agent software during this period. This compensation is extracted from the transaction fees collected during the same period.
